Randstad care are recruiting for Supervised Contact workers across Dorset.
Primarily you will be responsible for acting as an objective observer, supervising contact between looked after children and their families. Amongst other tasks you will also be required to produce accurate, concise and factual reports for use by social workers and the childcare system as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the demands of working in a sensitive environment whilst maintaining a professional friendly demeanour. Access to a car is a distinct advantage as is a proven track record in childcare/support work with appropriate qualifications,
though most important are your attitude and personality.
This role is ideal for those looking to a future in social work.

All candidates will be subject to an enhanced disclosure Criminal Records Bureau check, the cost of which is met by Randstad Care.
