Hi there, I'm looking to share my home with two or three people ... Thanks for reading.

I actually have two rooms to rent; 1 large double room (£90) and the other a huge double bedroom/living room (£120 for couple, £110 for an individual) to let. The double room has patio doors out to the garden. The huge room has a sleeping area and also a living room area (it’s enormous).

The whole interior of the house has just been refurbished, with every thing brand new. The rooms are bright & beautiful with lots of light & space, and overlooking the garden. You have a double bed (fresh duvet & clean bedding provided), wardrobe, Chest of draws & a desk. Both rooms are right next to the newly built WC/shower which has a toilet and basin, there is also a separate toilet in the utility room, & you have the use of a nice spacious new kitchen

It's a large three bedroom, Apartment & a south-facing garden, which is a constant suntrap & great for barbeques.

I'm just down the road from Southbourne High Street & literally 2 minute walk around the corner from every shop or convenience you could possibly want, including Somerfield & a wide selection of Café’s, restaurants and a coupe of pubs. Every ten minutes there is a bus to Bournemouth, or Christchurch!
I'm only 10 minutes walk away from pokesdown station, with regular trains to Bournemouth and Southampton. There is also buses there that goes to Bournemouth hospital and kinson.
This vacancy is offered to, non-smoking professional & initially at least, on a temporary basis.

Ideally you like music a bit, are relaxed & sociable but also have the proverbial day job & are therefore not always just at home...

To start with I will accept payment of two weeks in advance with a two-week's deposit... If you only want it temporarily than this will be perfect for you.

All bills & c.tax are covered including 24hr, unlimited wireless broadband,
You may appreciate that this is not a wild party house but rather a home... Very friendly & casual but where tranquility is a good thing...
