Pastry Chef
Pastry chef required for prestigious 4 star Hotel in the heart of sunny Bournemouth.
Required Experience;
With a proven pastry background you must be able to show good cooking skills and knowledge to be part of this great team.
The Pastry Chef will currently be working in a minimum of 1 or 2 Rosette restaurant or Hotel.
They must be enthusiastic and will be keen to learn.
As Pastry Chef you will be expected to work on all aspects of pastry including plated service, afternoon teas, petit fours, some speciality breads and pastries
and continous menu development and quality control.
