Area Care Services Manager
An Area Care Services Manager is required by a group of care homes. This position is based in Poole and you will be looking after a group of residential and nursing homes throughout Dorset, Somerset and Sussex
Salary package £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
You will need limitless energy and a good understanding of current issues faced by the care industry.
You will also need to be enthusiastic, resilient and able to cope with the unexpected. A sense of fairness and a good sense of humour would be helpful in this role.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are also necessary along with management experience.
