- Have a proven track record and experience in all aspects of both restaurant and bar management.

- Have excellent customer service skills and skills to be able to drive, motivate and organise the staff.

- Be able to drive the business forward and have a strong passion for the industry.

- Be very reliable and punctual, and willing to work hard, especially during busy periods.

- Hold a Personal License
