Working for this award winning 2 rosette seafood restaurant on Bournemouth seafront.

We are seeking a Chef de partie to join our team.

The ideal applicant would have experience at this level, be experienced in all sections of the kitchen and have enthusiasm and drive.

Must be confident with running section, ordering, stock rotation and basic food hygiene.

Be tidy, organised and well presented and have the ability to work well under pressure at busy times.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate chef to further their career in an AA rosette awarded restaurant.
