With over 14 conference rooms seating up to 800 guests, you will need to have experience in a high volume banqueting environment and be of 5 star back round. You will be working alongside 40 other chefs so there will be a great chance to learn new techniques and skills.

The salary offered will be from 18k to 23k all depending on experience with the option of live in at 65 pw. This is a great opportunity for a talented CDP who is looking to grow there culinary skills and work in a high tempo environment.
