A unique combination of Yoga, Martial Arts, Meditation, Qi Gong and Dietry Advice. Designed to give you a healthy toned body,
Classes are non contact, low impact and each member progresses at their own pace.
The Yoga strengthens your core, makes you supple and keeps you lithe (slim) The Martial Arts work the heart & lungs, and increases the balistic action of the muscles - a little like aerobics.
Qi Gong (breathing) helps to oxygenate the blood and rejuvinate the body
The meditation helps you to focus, calm the mind and de stress.
