Junior Sous Chef required, immediate start for right candidate. Must have experience to at least Senior Chef De Partie level, and have experience with fresh produce and making homemade dishes. You will be working in busy kitchen to serve breakfasts, Bistro Menu, and a la carte menu, and must be a team player and willing to work hard. Microwave technicians need not apply. Live in available if required.
