An Experience Sous Chef is Required for a 3 star Hotel with a one rosette awarded restaurant, excellent opportunities for a candidate wishing to strive for two rosettes, weddings and conferences.

The Hotel is part of a small privately owned group which offers excellent salaries and benefit packages, with the prospect of promotion within for the right candidate.

Any candidate will require experience in a Sous Chef role within a large Hotel also with a rosette background, needs to be flexible and passionate.
