Hudson Cooper is recruiting a Financial Controller for a business based in Bournemouth town centre.

Reporting directly to an entrepreneurial MD, your main responsibility is to help him drive the business forward. This may include looking into possible acquisitions, opening brand new sites, preparing management accounts and reviewing old accountancy procedures. You will have a team reporting to you, which includes a QBE and a number of assistants.

Our client is seeking a ‘safe pair of hands' who has serious business acumen and who can demonstrate they have previously advised on financial matters relating to businesses. The MD has plenty of business ideas but needs direction. This may be from a qualified accountant or someone who is qualified by experience.
