We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a role in a lavish 4* Hotel in the Poole area.

The Hotel boasts one of the best reputations in the south of England due in part to its location and also due to the high standard of its cuisine.

The Hotel boasts a booming walk in trade for its restaurant by the waters edge and also proudly hosts a high volume of weddings and banquets throughout the year.

We are looking for a Sous Chef experienced to at least a 1 AA rosette standard and accustomed to leading a large brigade.

The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about cooking with only the freshest ingredients and should also have a proven background.
