Unfortunatly one of our housemates is going back home so we are looking for a housemate to fill the room! We are 3 female 2nd yr students from AUCB fairly tidy, easy going and like to party. Ideally we would like a student to live with us aged around 18-26 who is available to move in whenever. You won't have to pay the rent till Dec as our housemate has agreed to pay Novembers rent.

The house: Large living room, 2 toilets, parking out the front & back, cute kitchen and dining area.

The room: Large downstairs double w/ wardrobe, desk & chair, cabinets & drawers included

Location: 15 minute walk from uni and 1/2 hour from town. Located right on Winton High st and we have a bus stop right outside so easy access!

Rent is £312 a month not including bills. We also have broadband & V Media set up ( with catch up/on demand etc )
