This stunning hotel situated near to the south coast of England is looking for a chef de parties to join their brigade of 9. The three rosette restaurant, close to a michelin star, requires a Chef de Parties from a rosette background to come and help get the star they deserve.

This opportunity has arisen due to expansion within the kitchen and progression opportunities internally.
