Due to a recent increase in client demand, a local web design/development company has a position open for a talented programmer to join the team.

This role applies to skilled developers at all levels. Although projects will be challenging, a willingness to learn and build upon previous education/experience is key. Working with the development manager, you will be dedicated and enthusiastic about producing high quality web developments for our clients.

Core skills required include:

• Solid understanding of Object Oriented programming
• Sound knowledge of PHP and SQL
• Industry standard code production, using modern programming practices such as writing maintainable code, Javadoc (or similar) and developing in MVC (model, view, controller) pattern.

Additional languages such as Javascript, Java, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, XSD preferred. The successful candidate will be predominantly working within PHP and MySQL, though will be flexible with their core skills to adapt to new projects.
