Very Big and beautiful Double Bedroom in Newly Refurbished flat, all bills inc
(£120 for couple, or two friends, £105 for an individual) to let. It has a sleeping area and also a living room area (it’s enormous).

It’s in a newly refurbished victorian house with high ceilings, fireplace, wooden floors in a very lovely garden flat. The Room are bright & beautiful with lots of light & space, and overlooks the garden. You have a double bed (fresh duvet & clean bedding provided), wardrobe, Chest of draws & a desk (or if desired un furnished). Next to newly built WC/shower which has a toilet and basin, there is also a separate toilet in the utility room, which contains the washing machine, & you have the use of a nice spacious new kitchen

It's a large three bedroom, Apartment & a south-facing garden, which is a constant suntrap & great for barbeques.

I'm just down the road from Southbourne High Street & literally 2 minute walk around the corner from every shop or convenience you could possibly want, including Somerfield & a wide selection of Café’s, restaurants and a coupe of pubs. Every ten minutes there is a bus to Bournemouth, or Christchurch!
I'm only 10 minutes walk away from pokesdown station, with regular trains to
Bournemouth and Southampton. There is also buses there that goes to Bournemouth hospital and kinson.
This vacancy is offered to a professional or student & initially at least, on a temporary basis. 3-6 months None smoking house

Ideally would suit relaxed & sociable person but who also has the proverbial day job & are therefore not always just at home...

To start with I will accept payment of 4 weeks in advance with a 4-week's deposit...
All bills & c.tax are covered including 24hr, unlimited wireless broadband,
You may appreciate that this is not a wild party house but rather a home... Very friendly & casual but where tranquility is a good thing...
