I have been repairing, restoring and bulding musical instruments in this area for
nearly twenty years.
I rarely build instruments to order as I find that it demands too much commitment to one project, however, there are usually quite a few of my instruments around the place that are for sale (pictures display some of my own work)
I mainly do repairs and restorations on most fretted stringed instruments
including, guitars, banjos, mandolins etc.
I operate from a small fully equipped workshop in Christchurch, and offer a friendly service which includes-

* Truss rod adjustment
* Broken necks/headstocks
* Polished bone nut/bridge saddle replacement
* Acoustic guitar bridge height reduction (saddle or bridge itself)

* Some mother of pearl work undertaken depending on time
