Hays Banking are currently recruiting for an Analyst to join a large global Investment Bank based in Liverpool.  The purpose of this role  is to work with the Programme Management Team (SPM) who is responsible for coordinating change and project requests within PWM UK, and for providing specific project functions, such as project support, project management, data analysis.  The Project Support role is integral to project coordination, facilitating change and project requests in liaison with CIO; providing project support to specific projects (meeting coordination, maintenance of issue, risk and task logs, general support to Project Manager); providing support to the Data Analyst, specifically in report writing and maintenance of data for the UK PWM in-house system, Tilney Applications.

 

 

 Responsibilities include



§         Assist in coordination of  Change and Project Requests

§         Logging  and maintaining Project Register

§         Providing  feedback to those submitting requests

§         Working closely with Project Support Officer and Head of SPM in maintenance and understanding of change map across the PWM business.

§         Act as Project Support officer on identified projects:

§         Coordinate project meetings

§         Minute project meetings

§         Maintain issue, risk and action logs

§         Assist in Project Manager

§         Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams (CIO, Investment Management, GIS)

§         Maintain accessible and open communication with project stakeholders.

§         Provide general advice on administrative processes around change and project requests

§         Maintain awareness of SPM operational processes within the team and across PWM UK
