We have a clean large double bedroom for rent in a lovely, friendly 3 bedroom household. It's in a brilliant location in Winton and within walking distance from the University, 5 secs from the shops of Wimborne high street, 1 min from nearest bus stop etc.
The house is a fully furninshed 3 double bedroom semi-detached. There is a social living room with satellite tv, complete kitchen & washing machine, wireless internet, conservatory, massive garden, and 3 friendly house mates. We are a couple living in the ensuite double, plus one young French lady and her kitten - so you can't be allergic to cats... We are all aged between 27- 31 and professionals.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and a generally all round nice person. The rent is £375 per month and this covers rent and all bills - water, electric, sewerage, council tax, gas & wireless internet.The tenancy term time is flexible but with a preferred minimum of 3 months and extendable as you prefer.
The room has it's own lock & key and is available immediately. It has a double bed, two wardrobes, desk & chair, sidetables & a dresser.
