Set in the market town of Christchurch, this busy vibrant fast paced restaurant needs strong Sous chef to cover the head chef.
Using only the finest seafood, from the south coast. The client is looking for a strong Sous Chef to help with the day to day running of this busy kitchen.

As Sous Chef you will:
* Assist the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
* Assist all sections
* Menu Planning

Sous Chef Experience:
* Understanding of fresh fish and ingredients, working to rosette standard
* Experience at running your own section to a high standard
* Understanding G.P and Menu planning
* COSHH and H+S knowledge

Salary and Benefits:
* The salary for Sous Chef is 16,000 + Bonus + Tip's
