EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF needed urgently

Well established very busy function driven 4 star Hotel in Bournemouth are now recruiting for an Exec Chef with great business acumen, a great passion and drive to suceed whilst maintaining and improving standards.

Responsibilities

• The ideal Head Chef will have previous MIN 2 rosette experience in a hotel operation or worked within quality restaurants
• The Head Chef will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
• The Head Chef will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of catering service
• The Head Chef will be reporting directly into the general manager
• Head Chef must be highly passionate, excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards

The successful candidate will
• Have a proven track record at Head Chef Level
• Have excellent people and training skills.
• Have proven kitchen management skills in all areas.

Salary £40,000 plus bonus
