Chef de Partie wanted for 2 Rosette Hotel in the New Forest

Our client is looking for someone who will be from a minimum of 1AA Rosette background and have the creativity to produce high quality cuisine.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie who wants to work in a professional environment where creativity is welcomed and great chef skills are a positive.

As Chef De Partie you will:
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
• Help with the training of the Junior Chefs
• Understanding of fresh ingredients and working to One rosette standard
• Experience at running your own section
• Understanding G.P and Menu planning
• COSHH and H+S knowledge

Salary and Benefits
• £14,000 depending on experience
