I have a spacious four bedroom detached house in Wallisdown, Bournemouth which I shared with two very good housemates. Unfortunately, after 1 year at my place, one of the housemates has recently moved out, because he has bought his own place. Therefore his room is available.

The room is Large and Sunny (it has two windows and faces south), has built in wardrobes and new carpet. It is a very nice room.

The rest of the house is spacious, clean, comfortable. There is a modern kitchen, breakfast room, lounge and bathroom. Also there is a south facing patio and garden. There is loads of space including storage space. Off-Road Parking and Broadband.

I am hoping to find another decent, honest, friendly housemate. Possibly it would best suit a professional male over 30 years of age, because myself and the remaining housemate are professionals both over 30 years of age. However, a female is equally welcome.

The rent is £78.50 per week for one person inclusive of bills except for individual phone calls.
