It is in walking distance from both Winton, Charminster and the University ... and for the adventurous the centre of town (25 mins), although there is a bus stop right outside nextdoors house (with buses to town, university, boscombe, castlepoint etc etc at a student discounted price). This room has become available as I have finished my spell at University and want to move out to new accomodation.
It truly is a stunning house and has a real mix of people moving into it so far. It is ready to rent NOW (after deposit and contracts are signed) so ideal for students desperate for somewhere to live! There is one fresher and the rest final year students, all lovely guys and easy to get on with. The landlady is also superb, really goes above and beyond to keep the house in excellent condition.
