Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for a well established and world renowned manufacturer based in Ferndown. With an unwavering dedication to quality and service our client with a turnover of £35m has dramatically grown over the past 20 years and is now looking to recruit a Finance Manager to its already successful and growing team.

The Role

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller the Finance Manager will ensure that all the transactional aspects of the finance department are functioning effectively and with suitable controls in place. Leading a team of 5 from the front you will be accountable for all recruitment training and development of the team to maintain high quality of business information for effective decision making. Additionally you will be responsible for the production of monthly Management Accounts schedules and board packs as well as preparing year end schedules and cash flow forecasting. The successful candidate must possess proven management experience and be able to deliver finance information to tight deadlines having worked in a similar role previously. You will also need to be a qualified Accountant (ACA ACCA or CIMA) with strong IT skills and ideally have previous experience of working within manufacturing environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £45k plus excellent benefit package including pension and car parking.
