Customer Service Administrator

Our client, an international Freight forwarding and Courier service company are looking for a customer service administrator to offer support to the existing team at the same time as dealing with existing customer enquiries.
You will be involved in all aspects of administration and will be working within a small team of 4 other people. You will be required to have previous administration and customer service experience as will be working on your own initiative from time to time. You will have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to deal with customer queries or concerns effectively and efficiently.

To include any other reasonable duties (pertaining to the above position) to be carried out as directed by the client.

hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
