Assistant Manager required for Bar So & 1812 in Bournemouth.

Bar So & 1812 have well established themselves as premier award winning venues in Bournemouth. We are looking for an Assistant manager to support the management team. The applicant must be motivated, organised, able to multi-task, willing to learn & have a good knowledge of cocktails & spirits/wine.

Salary TBC. Hrs: 30-40 p/w

Management experience is proffered but not essential.
