A Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager with over 15 years experience within the construction industry. Working on varied residential, commercial, MOD, healthcare and local authority projects. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record with client satisfaction and client relationships, which has been beneficial when gaining future works.
Motivating site managers of varied abilities and strengths on contracts up to £14 million, controlling up to 150 site operatives carrying out in excess of 30 different operations. Programming live sites for purposes of resourcing, time control and budgeting and reporting to the board on areas of liability and cost. Organising and managing contractual disputes through information researched and timeline programme's for both client and sub contractors to prevent additional expenditure and delays. An individual that takes full responsibility and ownership of quality, costs and client satisfaction from conception through to perfect delivery.
