Don't know if anyone can help me but here goes. I have a mortgage all arranged to buy a property.......but I don't have a deposit. I need 10% in order to buy a property.

Mortgages are getting harder to get as we all know, and I don't want to pass up my oppertunity.

I want a two bedroom place. I can afford up to £145k mortgage. Can anyone offer me any help?

I am a reliable woman, working for the emergency services with one child of four. I would like to live anywhere except Poole, Parkstone or Hamworthy as its too far from family who are my childcare providers.
