Well established 4 Star Hotel in central Bournemouth are currently looking for a strong Sous Chef with passion and drive to push the business to the next level.

Our client requires the Sous Chef to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. The experience must have been gained in a top hotel/restaurant establishment with a minimum of 2 rosettes.
Responsibilities of this role will entail:
• Supervise the function of all kitchen employees and advise colleagues where required;
• Maintain food hygiene, HACCPS and COSHH
• Train younger kitchen members to ensure quality is achieved;
