We are a young professional couple with a three bedroom house situated adjacent to Christchurch Road.

We have a large double bedroom at the rear of our house that we would like to let to a young professional or student.

The room is recently decorated and we can provide bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk - even TV - if required. You will have use of washing machine and dishwasher.

We will consider short term lets and will require references.
