Kyoto Kobe futon( not from Argos) in excellent condition bought for £299 in 2007, barely used and in storage since early 2008.
Bought as its very compact and does not take up space at the back like others do.

Durable metal frame mechanism. The metal futon will fold out from the base and lengthen to over 190cm allowing 2 adults to sleep comfortably with the arm rests at either side of them, on a sleeping area equivalent to a standard UK small double bed (120cm x 190cm)

Mattress has no marks or stains in mint condition,(see pic) only selling as moving overseas and it needs to go ASAP
