***COMMIS CHEF PAYING UP TO £13.5K, LIVE IN, MEALS AND FREE USE OF THE GYM!******

My client is a well established in Dorset looking to recruit a Commis Chef to help towards the build up of achieving more accolades.

The hotel is of a high standard and you would be working under a very strong Head Chef looking to support and develop you in a Demi Chef de Partie - very quickly.

Ideally, if you have worked at 2 rosette level as a Commis for at least 6 months this would go strongly in your favor.If not, a background working within a fine dining restaurant at Commis level would also be considered.

You will be dealing with all fresh produce, preparing veg, learning the snack menu and taking responsibility of orders.

If you have qualifications and you are fresh out of college - this is your chance to make a career for yourself.

For the right person your salary will be up to £13,500 per annum, plus live in accommodation charged at £37 a week, meals 7 days a week (even on days off!) and use of their gym/swimming facilities!
