I have a 17 year old son who is very keen on farm work. He is a hard worker and keen to learn, friendly though I would say shy until he knows you. He is not suited to office type jobs etc but has had some experience of outdoor live and has done voluntary work in the Dorchester area with Dorset V and this seems to be where he is suited to most.

I am from a IT background so have no idea how to go about looking or finding this sort work for him so if you have any knowledge or even work in the Dorchester area if possible then I would be interested to hear from you.
