Hi I have 16 years working in the Industry from Gastro Pubs to 5* Hotels, I have personally held Rosettes and am fully aware of all legal legislation, working to GPs but am not pretentious nor a stress head. I am currently waiting to hear back from a Full time position but looking for work in the interim period a full CV is available to anyone interested. I hold my own PPL licence and drive. I am Happy to go further afield if the price is right.
