I am a professional woman in her late twenties (not a party animal) looking for a professional lodger to rent a good sized double room. The house is a very well presented 3 bed detached house with large garden. It is situated on a quiet tree lined road in Southbourne. The house is located:

• within walking distance the beach and local shops
• is conveniently located only a short ride from Chaseside/Littledown/Bmth Hospital
• is also on local bus routes and only a 5 min walk to Pokesdown train station

The room backs onto the garden and is very sunny with large bay windows. It contains a double bed, wardrobe rail, TV/electric point and broadband access. The room comes with access to a large modern shared bathroom with free standing bath and shower cubicle. As part of the room contract I am happy for you to use the newly fitted well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, integrated oven, fridge/freezer etc). The house has adequate outside storage for a bicycle and has plenty of parking. I have two very affectionate cats who are not allowed in the bedrooms.

The would-be tenant must be clean and tidy and happy to respect my privacy as I would be there’s.
