Experienced freelance Chef de Partie/Sous Chef required for a beautiful boutique hotel in Dorset.
The restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced, seasonal produce and has one of the best reputations in the area for quality food. Their food is described as traditional with a twist and food is served all day, every day.
Ideally you will come from a fine dining, boutique hotel restaurant and have the skills and experience to help the restaurant gain further rosette accreditation. We are looking for someone with imagination and flair who is committed to success.
