For sale is my Burns Of London Shadow Special guitar.
this guitar is not new, but is in excellent / near mint condition. Some slight scuffs on the back, but too minor to show up on the photos. It has not been gigged and has been stored in a warm, guitar loving and smoke free home. The neck is dead straight and it has zero fret wear.

This is not exactly your standard Burns club series model, it is a custom version of the 'burns marquee' it has pealoid binding on the body and neck, a beautiful flamed top (as you can see from the pictures) gold hardware, grover locking tuners, etc.
It is very easy to play, is well set up and is fitted with .09 strings. It has a lovely sound and also features a push/pull switch on the last tone knob for a range of extra sounds and you really can get some great sounds from this guitar, all the classic british tones and then some.
It's also worth mentioning that it features a floating bridge, which can take a little longer to tune (hence the locking tuners) but it allows the tremelo to bend either way, giving all those hank marvin shimmering trem sounds.
i really like the looks and the sounds of this guitar. classic british guitar design, not something you see everyday, not your standard strat/ tele design that most companies seem to re-create over and over again.
