Our flat is situated in an ideal location near Liverpool Victoria, Westbourne, and not so far from the beach! It is newly refurbished with washing machine and all the mod-cons; bath with shower and toilet room and a separate WC downstairs. All you would need to bring in is a desk if you required it, TV and stand.
We offer a spacious room that has a double bed available and built-in wardrobes with plenty of room You will be able to fit a TV and a desk and positioned to the back of the flats away from the main road! There is a communal parking area available for one car and if you need transport, we are around the corner from the bus stops to Bournemouth & Poole and a walk from Branksome train station.
Feel free to come visit us to have a look at this spacious room any time, we are very busy most evenings, but day time viewings and weekends are fine. All we ask is that you are not a complete party animal every day of the week and able to clean up after yourself!
