Fantastic opportunity for a career minded chef to join this elegant hotel based in Jersey. The hotel offers luxurious accommodation extensive conference and banqueting facilities and a sophisticated Rosette award winning restaurant.

The Role:
A truly exceptional Chef de Partie is now required to lead, motivate and develop an enthusiastic team, expand on the excellent reputation and strive for new boundaries within the culinary world. You will have a passion for working with the freshest locally sourced produce and create innovative seasonal menus. Must be able to cook to rosette level with previous experience with high volume conference and Banqueting

Required Experience
Previous experience in catering for high volume covers, in a pressurised environment is essential.Cooking to at least rosette standard is essential.The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required.'Creative', 'dependable' and 'passionate' are described as ideal qualities in a candidate applying for this role.

Salary and Benefits
With a Great Starting Salary of £17-18,000 ( equal to a 20k salary in the uk )
