We're 3 friendly 20-somethings, 2 girls 1 guy, looking for a replacement for our housemate who moved out a couple of weeks ago! Male or female, someone sociable, clean and tidy, preferably in their 20s and for council tax reasons preferably not a student!

The room has a double bed and all furniture provided.

Shared lounge/kitchen and bathroom. Nice large(ish) garden. Driveway for parking if you need it. We have wireless internet and cable tv. There is also a washing machine so no trips to the laundrette!

We're in Springbourne, near to shops and bus stop and 10 minute walk from the station.

£260 p/m + bills
