home swap from village in Ramsey in huntingdonshire to east anglia,,west country,sea resort need 2 bed anything considererd any wherein uk. flat,house,bungalow mobile home,Ect,anyone without a garden.or with if they can't manage now then this is what you need.,we live on brand new private Estate,only 8 out of 30 are housing association, rest are £500000+ private housing,proffessinal people estate,suit retired or young couple with at least 1 child. have 2 bungalow in our road, must be seen flat.2 years old,g/f/f/t light with natraul light,airy,living in a block of only of 6 flats next to a18 hole golf course there are 4 flats across the way and us in 2 story in a t shape,only have 1 person above us.only have 9 property=ies in our rquite cul de sac,road,with a mixture of old and young,ramsey is a quite decent trouble free place,.estate won't get any bigger,no druggies here,very safe quite historic location,in a rural area,small village town predominantly white Conservative area (not a racist view a fact.)we have a very secure building (not that you need it.)flat ok for wheel chair user's ,(no rowdy teenagers here).1medium double 1 small single large hallway, open plan kitchen lounge good size,23' x 15' large bath shower loo, enough to get a wheel chair in flat is well insulated, our gas bill for sept to jan 09 £26 you hardly need heating gets to hot, half an hour is plenty that's only now and then,housing association axiom brilliant and have there own heating on for the building there is a service charge that's .£6 per week.for up keep of hall ways and communal garden.rent £83 Rates £74 we have sky, free view, phone sockets in all rooms.INTERNET socket, we have 1 large sofas and dinning table and 6 chairs,6' to 8' x 4' n open plan lounge/kitchen medium kitchen all modern, extractor fans plenty of cupboard space,13 cupboards, 5 draws,a 4'4 larder fridge small chest freezer,cooker,washing machine,work space all around,sockets galore in all rooms energy saving switches. fenced in private, communal garden, not overlooked. sunshine in lounge all the time when sunny, weather,not that bad all year round, in the east,large back private car park.parking in front,can get to the town/pub via the woods 4 min walk,no pets allowed in flat, 3 schools, infant.junior,historic abbey college for 11 years upwards.there is lots to do for all ages even for the elderly. leisure center, swimming,g ym ,golf, bowls, shooting, football,cricket,karate,bingo, elderly and kid clubs galore, list is endless.(we call it our little peace of heaven with out the sea.reason for move to safe to quite.to rich).for a small village town we are compact with actives,whilst still being a very safe quite location,at night you can't hardly hear anything buses every hour,we have 4 banks Lloyd's, Barclay's,Nat west,nationwide.hotel, restaurants,take aways garlore,kebab fish chip shop Chinese Indian,coop,somerfields/tesco being built,police station fire.post office,ambulance,we are the main town for surrounding villages.super stores in huntingdon peterbrough city whittlesey 7 miles away,in all directions we have 6 pubs,plenty of country pubs,in surrounding area,sports club football and cricket,hardly any crime, to be honest we've been here 20 months never heard of any incident,apart from a shop window.people friendly,very quite at night,. loads of fresh water fishing all around us, not his scene,prefer sea fishing,.live next to the bowls/ golf course,18 holes .
