We are seeking an experienced / qualified Head Chef for our 58 bedroom Club Hotel with its excellent central location within one of Frances most prestigious ski resorts with its vast ski area that ranks amongst the highest in France. Our properties are set in stunning, snow sure resorts, set in stunning locations, attracting guests with the highest expectations from their skiing holiday.
As a Head Chef in one of our seven properties you will lead a kitchen team of Sous chefs, Chefs De Partie, Commis chefs and Kitchen porter/Night Porters. You will have a proven track record for working in a fast paced environment delivering the highest standards in Food Quality & Presentation.
With experience in a similar role or be ready to take the next step in your career having a proven track record in a high capacity, high standard environment, you will be responsible for high levels of Health & Safety and Hygiene control throughout your department meeting all HACCAP requirements. As Head chef you will lead your team from the front, delivering staff training and ongoing development ensuring you exceed our guest expectations from the catering service team. Excellent food cost controls are essential.
Key relationships:
You will work alongside the Hotel Manager, with additional ongoing support from the Area Hotel Manager, Catering Manager and People Staffing & Logistics Manager to help you achieve and exceed all your KPI, CSQ, Admin and HR targets.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience in:
Implementing and maintaining HACCAP systems and procedures
Proven track record of managing and developing teams of chefs
