We are a care home in the Branksome Park area that provides care for older people with dementia.

We provide care in such a way that the residents who live in our home are empowered and live fulfilled and happy lives and we are now looking to recruit really special individuals who are looking for more out their job.

We offer comprehensive and high quality training following a thorough induction from our in-house training officer.

Our approach to providing dementia care is likely to be different to what you are familiar with; we use a behavioural management approach that focuses on carers understanding why residents behave as they do and knowing what they can do to help the individual feel secure, safe and contented. Its a great way of working with the benefits to residents being immediately obvious and job satisfaction being really high.

You might be a health care assistant already and be feeling a bit disillusioned with your current job? Or maybe you have always wanted to work in a care setting but have been concerned that you will not get the training and support you will need to excel at your job?

Our Home is a busy one and we are attracting lots of new residents; consequently we have a variety of full and part-time posts available and a range of shift times with short and long shifts available. We offer good pay rates dependent on experience and suitability to the post that will be discussed at interview. We also review wages regularly to reward loyalty and commitment.
