We are looking for a new housemate to move in asap.
It is a clean modern 3 bed detatched home in Springborne, it has off road parking for 4 cars, sunny decked garden, wireless broadband and sky tv. very moden and light
The room is large 16ft by 13ft with loads of storage and modern fitted wardrobes, it has a tv point, and has dark wood flooring throughout however you will need to get your own bed
We are friendly and social and will make you feel at home, we also enjoy the occasional drink !
All the bills are included in the rent, all you pay is £400 on the last day of each month.
The house is detatched and 3 mis walk to a 24 hour garage, it is 5 mins walk to the bus stop and 3 mins walk to kings park. It takes 15 mins to walk into Bournemouth and 5 mins walk to Boscombe.
Depoist = 1 months rent £400 + 1 months rent in advance, totals £800
