Our client requires a Project Worker to aid in the running of young homeless project in Weymouth.
The purpose of this position is to support the personal development of young people towards independent living. 
To develop a relationship of trust with young people, act as a key worker assessing needs and developing support and action plans. 
 Liaising with other statutory and voluntary agencies is a key function of this post as is internal communication with team members.  In this respect the role holder helps young people claim benefit and supports them in the management of their tenancy. 
The post-holder will work to the service values and standards and always act in accordance with the professional boundaries identified for the role.
