Hi everyone

I have just started a new job here in Winton and am in desperate need of a house. I've just seen a gorgeous 3 bed detached house on PARKER ROAD in Winton which I have fallen in love with but I need 2 other houseamtes in order to be able to move in.

I am a professional female, 22yrs old, very girlie and really relaxed. I work hard and very varied hours so I like to relax in the evenings. I dont know anyone in Bournemouth except from my boyfriend so would love to live with other girls my age who are fun, chilled out and like to socialise. The housemates will need to be professionals (Sorry no students), with no pets and who speak fluent English.

The house is a large family sized detached house with a private driveway aswell as on-road parking. It has an ENORMOUS garden with a large modern and brand new patio table and chairs. The lounge is a good size and fully furnished. There are 2 available bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. Both are fully furnished and really massive. The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with shower and the loo/sink is in there too. Upstairs also has a little office/study space.

The kitchen is in the process of being completely refitted and will be complete by next week but it is all really gorgeous and brand new. There will be tonnes of cupboards, a fully fitted oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. It has granite tiles on the floors, black shiny (and slightly glittery) work surfaces with white wooden cabinets and spotlights.

The landlord is absolutely lovely and has assured me that we can decorate as we wish and the existing furniture can be removed/changed at our wish. Basically whatever we want, we can do/have!

It is an amazing house and is just £316pcm each. Bills and council tax are extra to this but ive been told that alll the bills added on will only bring the monthly cost up to about £370pcm each which is an absolute bargain for this house. It really is GORGEOUS!

Oh and the location is excellent too as it is literally 1 street behind Waitrose, WH Smiths, Greggs and that part of Winton High Street This is also where all the buses go from!

This house is through an agency so you will need to pay a deposit although it is really low.
