17th century mahogany ships chest (£600)

This is a 17th century mahogany ships chest valued by two auctioneers at £800.00-£900.00.
It is in lovely solid condition it is extreemly heavy and sturdy the drawers are lovely and deep. It does have a line going across the top and down one side this is where the wood has shrunk and is not a split we have been told it it quite common in something of this age.
The measurements are WIDTH-36i nches DEPTH 21 inches HEIGHT 35 inches approxiamatly
