***Must have PARKING and must be in WALKING DISTANCE of the Town Hall***

Hey, I'm a 28 year old woman, just landed in Bournemouth two weeks ago for work for 2-3 years. I am looking for a flat to share with (ideally) one other woman or gay man, but for the right place more two other people would work, as would a straight guy.

I'd love to find something where there is a proper shower (so not one I have to hold with one hand while I try to wash my hair with the other), a washing machine and ideally a dryer, cheap bills or bills included, broadband internet, a sunny space, and someone who doesn't mind that I do have a boyfriend who will be around December 17 to January 4 and probably a week in February (he's a really nice guy, VERY quiet and respectful, and I'm happy to kick in a little extra cash while he's around). Furnished or not, doesn't really matter.

If it doesn't have parking or isn't about 10 minutes or less on foot to the Town Hall, it's a no-go...
