It is a large single room ( it can fit 2 single beds in comfortably)

The rent is £450 per month this includes all bills plus a wireless internet connection in the room, Food is not included.

We are in a flat near Heingstbury Head, southbourne. 2min walk to the beach.

We have a garden & own Front door access.

We are a very quiet couple who work hard, & very clean & tidy, so no party animals please.

We also have 2 kittens. There is a pic of Room, Us & kittens.
